  • Delivery coverage: United States

  • Shipping cost: Free shipping on all orders within the United States

Processing Cutoff Time:

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
  • If a public holiday occurs, processing begins on the next business day.

Estimated delivery time after shipment is 6–12 business days.

6. Order Cancellation

Order cancellation is subject to our Order Cancellation Policy.

  • Customers may request cancellation within 48 hours after payment confirmation, provided the order has not yet been shipped, and will receive a full refund.
  • If the order has already been shipped or the 48-hour period has passed, cancellation is no longer possible. Customers may then follow the return and refund procedure.

We handle all cancellation requests promptly and transparently.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return, Exchange, or Refund Policy.

  • Customers may request a return within 40 days after receiving the order

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging

  • Return shipping is covered by us for defective or damaged items

  • For personal preference returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

We do not offer direct exchanges. Each item is processed individually for quality inspection and logistics tracking.
To obtain a different model or color, a new order must be placed after the refund is completed.

A return shipping label is included inside the package, allowing customers to return items using the provided label.

Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds are processed within 1–5 business days.
