Return, Exchange, or Refund Policy

 

We aim to provide a clear, secure, and customer-friendly shopping experience on our website. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders delivered within the United States and is designed in accordance with applicable U.S. consumer protection standards.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 40 days from the date the order is received.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged

  • Be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals

  • Include the order number and the reason for return

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

2. No Direct Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. Each item is processed individually to ensure quality inspection and proper tracking.

If a different model or color is desired, a new order must be placed after the refund has been completed.

3. Order Cancellation and Refunds

Customers may request order cancellation within 48 hours after payment confirmation, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

If the cancellation window has passed or the order has already been shipped, the standard return procedure must be followed.

Once the returned item is received and verified, refunds are processed within 1–5 business days.
The actual posting time depends on the payment provider or financial institution.

4. Return Request Procedure

To initiate a return or refund request, customers must:

  • Send an email including the order number, reason for return, and photos of the item if applicable

  • Wait for our confirmation and detailed return instructions

A return shipping label is included inside the package.
Customers can use the return label provided in the parcel when the item is received.

We will respond promptly and assist throughout the entire return process.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are covered by us only if:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect

  • The item was damaged during transit

For returns due to personal reasons such as preference, size, or style, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.

6. Inspection and Refund Timeline

Once the returned item is received, it will undergo a compliance inspection.
If the return meets all conditions, the refund will be issued within 1–5 business days using the original payment method.

7. Limitations and Special Cases

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or returned without original packaging

  • Items returned after the 40-day return period

If a return does not meet the policy conditions, the customer will be notified, and the item may be sent back at the customer’s expense.
